About Hayley

My portfolio showcases photography, written content, and videography, that I have proudly made during my career so far.

I’ve developed a broad skill set through media roles across sport and lifestyle. At belette, I managed social media content, helping shape the brand’s voice and grow its online presence. My time at the Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) involved capturing video and photography to showcase athlete performance, behind-the-scenes moments, and major events.

In the Melbourne Winter Baseball League (MWBL), I produced weekly match-day videos and wrote detailed match reports for the game as well. This lead to The Content Engine taking me on as a freelance editor to I also wrote news pieces and feature articles for upstart, La Trobe University’s student magazine, where I honed my skills in interviewing, research, and long-form storytelling.

I’m working towards a career in sports media and marketing, combining my passion for sport with a love for creative storytelling. Whether it’s through social content, video, or writing, I enjoy capturing the energy and meaning behind sport and sharing it with wider audiences.
